RESTORING HOPE & TRANSFORMING LIVES

We provide a range of different environments and resources to practically care for individuals and families going through time of difficulty.

Wednesday 10 - 12am
Connect Cafe is an opportunity for everyone in our local community who may need a listening ear and a friendly face to call in for a cuppa and a chat. Our team of befrienders will be on hand to make sure everyone is made welcome.

We provide follow up and ongoing support to individuals who have been assisted by any of our services. Support may be in the form of ongoing befriending and signposting, ultimately empowering individuals to move forward from their point of crisis and help them achieve their goals.

Tuesday 7pm
We provide English lessons for speakers of other languages.  These run term time September to June on a Tuesday evening and are suitable for all abilities. Classes are completely free and everyone is made feel welcome. We recognise that relocating to a country where the language is different can be very difficult and we want everyone to feel at home in our local community.

Renew Clothing offers dignity to people in need by creating a friendly environment where good quality clothing is provided at no cost.  Items of clothing are donated, sorted and displayed in a creative way which gives the feeling of a high street shop. Renew is open by appointment only for self-referral, or available on demand to local referral agencies in crisis cases.

The Craigavon Area Foodbank is run in partnership with the local churches in the area and provides short term, emergency food for individuals or families in crisis while a long-term strategy is developed. Frontline care professionals (GP, social worker, charity, etc.) refer clients by issuing food vouchers that provide balanced and nutritional meals for 3 days.  If you are in need you can arrange to chat to one of our compassion team for an assessment to see how we can help support you.

Monday 8pm - 9.30pm & Thursday 10am - 12pm
All men are welcome to call in for a game of pool and a friendly chat.  On Thursday mornings you will be welcomed with a breakfast bap and a warm drink.

Freedom Foods Pantry opened in March 2022. For a small weekly subscription of £4.00 (or £6.00 for families), members of this pantry can access food including fresh fruit and vegetables and store cupboard favourites that will often value £15 - 20 or more!
